"The Minor Three formed in the winter of 2010 when Brian Connor, armed with a homemade guitar and a man-purse full of songs, met drummer Greg Bell for a brief jam session in Greg’s parents’ living room.
When the dust settled and Brian left, Greg’s mom said, “My head doesn’t even hurt that bad” and “I don’t even think the neighbors called the cops this time.” That was all the guys needed to hear, and they set out to meet their destiny.
That summer they welcomed Ben Amirault, a rock solid bass player with boyish good looks who rounded out the group in more ways than one. They made their debut shortly after and have been hitting the clubs of Greater Boston ever since.
With influences ranging from classic rock, grunge, indie, folk, and blues, the fellas are focused on making rock music that is rich with dynamics and accessible to a wide audience. The introspective lyrics, tight riffs, and deep grooves make for a visceral listening experience. With a slew of teaser EP’s circulating and a full-length album in the works, the band is poised to take on the rest of New England and beyond. The tracks are available, their show schedule is chock full. So take a listen, come out to a show, and enjoy!" (The Minor Three website)
